Taylor & Walker, P.C. was originally formed in 1974 as a general practice law firm to provide a broad range of legal services, with an emphasis on civil litigation. As Taylor & Walker, P.C. has grown over the years, it has continued its commitment to being a full-service law firm prepared to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

The firm attorneys are experienced in handling all types of litigation, including products liability, workers' compensation claims, professional malpractice, construction, commercial, employment, environmental, will contests and fiduciary matters, as well as personal injury claims and negligence actions of every nature.

Taylor & Walker, P.C. also maintains an active practice advising both businesses and individuals on a wide variety of legal matters, including the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities; health care and hospital issues; exempt organizations; commercial and residential real estate; estate planning; wills and trusts; estate administration; creditors rights; employment law; the purchase and sale of businesses; and transactional matters generally.

The firm's clients include some of the country's largest insurers and underwriters; architects and engineers; general and trade contractors; hospitals, nursing homes and physicians; and pest control operators. With offices in both Norfolk and Richmond, the firm is positioned to assist clients throughout Virginia.

Taylor & Walker, P.C. is rated "AV" by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, its highest rating. Our attorneys have also distinguished themselves by serving as presidents of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Virginia Beach Bar Association and the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association.
