Temple Cabell’s practice focuses on civil litigation and limited criminal, domestic and juvenile law. His civil litigation practice covers product liability, premise liability, personal injury, arson, fraud, libel, employment law, construction law, admiralty and military law and insurance coverage matters. In his thirty years of practice, he has appeared in courts at all levels throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has tried hundreds of cases to verdict in jury and bench trials. Many more cases have been resolved through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. In addition to individuals and insurance companies, Temple’s clients include trucking companies, manufacturers, construction companies, hotels, restaurants, and tree trimming companies.
