Brian Casey’s practice includes representation of businesses, individuals, insurers and government officials in civil litigation in federal and state courts in the areas of professional liability and malpractice claims, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, civil rights and constitutional claims, defamation, wrongful discharge, harassment and employment claims, construction law and design professional liability, commercial and UCC claims, general personal injury and property damage, lead, asbestos and toxic claims, FELA actions and domestic relations. Mr. Casey also practices in the appellate courts and has argued cases before the Supreme Court of Virginia, Court of Appeals of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has spoken at national and statewide legal education seminars.
