John Franklin is a shareholder in the firm. He is a trial attorney whose career spans more than thirty years during which he has been primarily involved in insurance defense. While his primary involvement has been in professional liability defense including the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, long term care facilities, architects, engineers, lawyers and accountants, he has litigated numerous cases in both federal and state court involving the entire spectrum of insurance defense. He is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers for 2008.
