Dannielle Hall-McIvor has experience in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and business restructuring. Representative matters include participation in appellate litigation before the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Additionally, she has participated in federal litigation before the Eastern District of Virginia, and before the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
