Jim Kauffman, for 45 years, has concentrated his practice in the areas of business, commercial banking, surety, construction, and tort litigation, including the representation of corporations and individuals. He represents clients in corporate and business matters, including the formation of corporations, partnerships and other business structures; the negotiation and drafting of contracts, leases, and other documents; and the representation of business entities and individuals in real estate transactions.
Mr. Kauffman also practices in the area of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation, and serves as a Commissioner in Chancery for the City of Richmond.
