The primary focus of Donna White Kearney’s practice is the defense of employers in workers’ compensation matters under both the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She is experienced in representing employers of all sizes from a sole proprietor to large, multi-national corporations. Ms. Kearney has represented her clients in cases at all levels of the Federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, state courts and administrative agencies, as well as in mediation. Her advice is widely sought by employers, insurers, and other counsel.
