Mark Kilduff’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability and insurance coverage matters. He has also represented clients in contract disputes and subrogration efforts. Mark has appeared in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has tried numerous cases to verdict in jury and bench trials. He is also experienced with alternative dispute resolution methods and has concluded many cases through arbitration and mediation. In addition to individuals and insurance companies, Mark’s clients have included municipal entities, trucking companies, grocery stores, restaurants, construction companies, hotels, department stores, non-profit organization, property managers and manufacturers.
