Greg Klein has experience in the areas of general civil litigation, criminal defense, and domestic relations. Mr. Klein has appeared in the vast majority of state courts within the Hampton Roads area including General District Court, Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court, and Circuit Court. He has also represented clients in both federal civil and criminal matters adjudicated in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Of special interest to Mr. Klein is the representation of parties in disputes which arise from the employer-employee relationship. Mr. Klein has represented aggrieved employees whose rights, as guaranteed by various federal statues, have been violated including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
