Ben Owings began his practice in Louisville, Kentucky representing civil defendants throughout Kentucky and Indiana. He has represented clients in matters such as premises liability, automobile and large truck accidents, professional liability, coverage issues, products liability, insurance bad faith and worker's compensation. Ben has wide experience in state trial courts and appellate courts, as well as the federal courts. As part of his former practice Ben has successfully mediated or arbitrated dozens of cases.
