Gerard Voyer is a shareholder in the firm. Mr. Voyer has a litigation practice which includes insurance defense, mass tort litigation, and workers compensation under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act and the Virginia Workers Compensation Act. Mr. Voyer has represented clients before federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies including the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Workers Compensation Programs, Office of Administrative Law Judges and Benefits Review Board. Representative clients include shipbuilders, stevedoring companies, insurance companies and third-party administrators.
