The primary focus of Audrey Marcello's practice is the defense of employers in workers' compensation matters under both the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Marcello was an Attorney Advisor for the Honorable Richard K. Malamphy, Administrative Law Judge at the United States Department of Labor.
