Ben Owings began his practice in Louisville, Kentucky representing clients throughout Kentucky and Indiana. He represents clients in matters such as premises liability, automobile and large truck accidents, professional liability, insurance coverage issues, products liability, insurance bad faith and worker's compensation. Ben has wide experience in state trial courts and appellate courts, as well as the federal courts.
