David Littel has focused his practice for several years on general civil litigation and trial work. He currently concentrates in the areas of products liability, professional malpractice and premises liability. Mr. Littel litigates in both state and federal courts and has conducted over 140 jury trials. Representative clients include the Travelers, CNA Insurance, Fireman’s Fund, the City of Suffolk, Chesapeake General Hospital, Liberty Mutual, Patient First, Cox Communication, and Lynnhaven Mall.
