J. Hume Taylor is a founding partner of TaylorWalker P.C. Mr. Taylor’s practice was devoted to estate administration, estate planning, will and trust preparation, will contest and will interpretation matters. He served as the Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk for a number of years, supervising fiduciary’s reports to the court. He has served as an expert witness in probate and fiduciary matters in state and circuit courts and before the IRS.
